Easy to use and follow, lays out a complete 13 week program- no excuses!! Just down load and start moving!!! You wont regret it!!!
This app has helped me lose weight and I really love and look forward to exercising everyday with a different routine...
This is the perfect training program for a beginner runner like me. Definitely is helping me build up my stamina to run my marathon race coming up. The description DOES say that it is a run-walk program, which is great for me.

Used this app to train for my first half marathon. Love it! I tried similar apps and they were all quite glitchy. This one worked great. Using it again to train for my 2nd half!
Love this app. I used Zen Labs C25K when I quit smoking, 10K Trainer to lose weight, and now Im on the Half. This program is idiot proof and I actually look forward to the daily inspirations. It works beautifully with my playlists and I just wont run without it. Thanks for a constant awesome!!!

Some bad moments

This app is not keeping time correctly, which was what I paid for. It is getting behind the actual time and causing me to be late for work!
I like the voice command to walk/run but do not like that it does not tell you how far you ran and what your pace was per mile. Waste of money
This is not a trainer. This is a running coach. Wasted my money! Dont buy this. Nike+ is way better
I loved using the 10K version of this app so I gladly paid 10 dollars so I can build up to a half marathon. I have been really disappointed...why are ALL of the workouts intervals of walking and running? I have never seen a half marathon trainer have this much walking....I want to RUN a half marathon and I want to be prepared. I really wish yall would make the training similar to your 10K app where you slowly start running longer intervals.
What a waste of money! If there had been a true preview of this app I would never have bought it. The training plan it gives you is so unrealistic. I would love a refund.
The running/walking concept here is great, and for that I will continue to use the app. However, the app has caused my phone (iPhone 6 Plus) to power off multiple times as well as the battery life to end and not even make it through a run. Ive used other running apps for the same period of time and never had this issue. Further, this app wont tell you have far youve run while you are running, only after youve finished--I find that annoying. Considering that this isnt a free app, I do expect better quality out of it.
