Great app

Im training for my first half marathon and absolutely love this app.

Building up my stamina at a good pace.

Loved 5k... I was able to do a 10k walk/run for my first race 2 years ago. Im now training for my first half and will be done with the 13.1 program 2 weeks before the race. Ill bet I will be able to step it up for a mostly continuous run by that time. Very happy for Zen Lab programs. Couldnt do it without my Zen!

Great App for a run/walk

I used this app to train for my first 1/2 when I was 42. It was and is perfect for me. I remained injury free during the whole training process due to the run/walk intervals. Some others mentioned this app is not for serious runners. I consider myself a serious runner and I love it.

Great for new runners

If you are just starting out, interval running can be a great way to complete a race. My trainer encourages a 20-30 second walk at water stations (typically every 2-3 miles) once you are fully trained. After this app, I was able to do that in my first half.

Triathlon

Training for first half marathon. It would be helpful to review verbal prompt letting me know where Im at. For example when prompted to begin running. I would like to hear "begin running 4 of 9". This would let me know where Im at and this would help to motivate me.

Best app especially if the only running you did was freshman P.E.

Seriously, it tells you what to do and when to do it. Cant get better than that!

Have used this app for 3 half marathons now! A great way to get moving and stay focused!

Awesome app

This replaced my manual system and now I dont have think! It tells me when to run or walk!

Love the walk / run guidance. Good build up. Only thing is I run slower than app suggests.

2nd Half Training

I LOVE this app. Ive tried using other training programs and I love this one the most. This is my second time to train for a half with it. It eases you in and makes it possible to succeed.

Just getting started

Ive tried running before. Many times. Ive never been able to develop a program that worked beyond the first few weeks but there something different about this app. I love the coach telling me when to run and walk and I love having the ability to choose my own music easily. Im just getting started but it looks like its going to be a great adventure. Keep on stepping!

Dont buy this app!

Save your money and skip this app. Timer doesnt work unless your screen is on. If you plan on running while your looking at your phone, then this is the app for you. I want my money back :(

Easy and Accurate

Ive ran a half marathon already and am using this app to better my time. So far, I love it!!!

Best app for beginners

This app is very good for the beginning runner. Goals that are attainable and very user friendly!

Great app,but...

I have used the free 5K and 10K; I hit all my fitness goals with them. I bought this one, and I love it. However, it is skipping steps. While I am mid-workout, it will skip. Today, some how, it skipped 7 minutes. I never thought my I would be sad about skipping 7 minutes of a workout. I realized today, the free apps did it also. Im not sure if it was because I skipped songs or what. I do not keep the face of my phone toward me, and it is always stationary. If that were not happening it would be a 5 star app!!!

Twin Mom

I have been using this app to help me get conditioned and back to running. I had twins a year ago. This app is a great compliment to training for my 4th 1/2 marathon.
