Ive used this app for years, and its my go-to running app. Im one of those runners who is really diligent for a few months of the year, but I fall out of the habit for long spurts when the weather is uncooperative. What I like about this app is that I can either complete the program start to finish, or choose a place to start or stay at longer based on where my routine and endurance level are at the time. Last spring I completed a half marathon, and wouldnt have been prepared without use of this app!
